• Manage payment integrations via our API
• Access transaction reporting and analytics
• Receive payouts to designated accounts

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Sale of prohibited goods or services
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Activities that could damage our reputation or systems
• Circumventing our security measures or fee structure

5. Fees and Charges

Our fee structure includes:

• Transaction processing fees as specified in your account
• Payout fees for withdrawals to your bank account
• Currency conversion fees where applicable
• Any applicable taxes or regulatory charges

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice.

6. Payment Processing

When processing payments through Elgiopay:

• We act as a payment facilitator between you and your customers
• Transaction settlement times vary by payment method
• We may hold funds for security or compliance reasons
• Chargebacks and disputes will be handled per our policies
• You remain responsible for customer service and refunds

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We take data protection seriously:

• We comply with applicable data protection laws
• Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• You must protect any customer data you access
• Data breaches must be reported immediately

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including our APIs, documentation, logos, and trademarks, remain our exclusive property. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide Services "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

Upon termination, pending transactions will be processed, and final payouts will be made after deducting any outstanding fees.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bafoussam, Cameroon, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through your account dashboard. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
